Functions
This device can automatic measuring temperature, humidity and O2, CO2, N2, Ethene concentration and in the scope of design to arbitrarily regulate indoor temperature and concentration of O2, CO2 and N2,
Equipped with ethylene scavengers device and sterilization equipment, effective removal ethylene and kill conventional fungi.
Experimental data can be saved for analysis.
Mainly used for vegetables, agricultural experiment and experimental research, college teaching.

Working principle
Model GQ - 300 Refrigeration tester is applied to sensor probing, microelectronics technology, photoelectric control system, the principle is that by the sensor cabinets with O2, CO2 and N2, and Ethene its gas concentration, temperature, humidity, and converts analog signals, by amplified, filtering, / conversion and so on, a series of processing and then show in the screen and PC software. Meanwhile comparing with the setting environment parameters to analysis, by the executing function for compensation, mainly by detecting module, control section, actuators, display module and studio five major components.

lThe product consists of controlling section, implementing section and workroom. The control section can set a variety of parameters (including temperature, humidity, gas concentration, etc.), to meet the growth requirement of different animals and plants and the preservation needs of various living things.

Ø  Temperature control
l Adopts quartz tube to heat up and scroll compressor to cooling down, so the temperature can be risen and lowered quickly, with high performance and little noise.
l PID algorithm works together with solid relay to control the heating tube, controls the temperature precisely, evenly and constantly, without rigid mechanical contacts and with long lifetime.
Ø  Humidity control
l High frequency atomization humidification provides large humidification range and stable humidity. Can humidify for a long time without getting hot.
l The humidifying system of each chamber works independently. Automatically humidifies after setting the humidity parameters, reach the set humidity and stay at that humidity constantly.
Ø  Gas control
l Automatically control the concentration, temperature and humidity of the gases.
l Accurate flow controller (resolution ratio: 0.01ml/min) controls the gas flow exactly.
l With ethylene eliminating device and gas substituting pump, controls the concentration of ethylene effectively.
l Two ways to provide nitrogen: gas cylinder or nitrogen generator. High-power nitrogen generator (3 m3/h, purity>99.5%) is more cost-saving.
l  Auto replacement of gas, fast removal.
